Foundation Suri Alpacas

Scarlett O'Hara is a proven female and was the first alpaca birthed on our farm. She has beautiful fleece as evidenced by her early show winnings and is a champion producer for our breeding program. She has proven genetics and her first offspring, IAF Sampson, received a 2nd place at the 2018 Futurity, Best Bred and Owned and Reserve Color Champion Brown Suri Male at the 2018 Suri Network All Fleece Show! She is a fantastic mother with lots of milk. Her gorgeous locks spin up beautifully. She is bred to our Color Fleece Champion IAF River for a 2023 cria. River has incredible genetics, awards and we are super excited to see how this pairing results! Cria is here! Male is looking iMpressive!

Phoebe has phenomenal fiber, density and confirmation. She is a daughter of Crowne Prince (granddaughter of Crown Royale) which we believe is one of the strongest reasons for her luxurious fiber. When we were researching possible white females to add to our farm, we were looking to add Crowne Prince genetics to our herd. Then we went to the farm to look at her. We felt a skein of yarn made out of her fiber-it was like I was touching a cloud! We just knew she had to join our herd! Her fiber and offspring have been just fabulous! The first offspring of the pairing of her and Pablo have produced is the infamous, IAF Carmella, who has been rocking the halter and fleece shows with several Championships, Judges Choice and Best Luster! She has been producing just incredible animals for us and we are so grateful and proud to have her as one of our foundation females. Pheobe was bred to Pablo for a 2021 cria. She delivered on 8/21/21. She and Pablo have produced another amazing cria for us!

When we were building our dark foundation herd, we knew we had to have some Psylent Knight genetics. Suzanni brings this to our farm through her sire side. She will always be part of our foundation herd. She is also out of Fontaine, multi-champion Belefonte's dam, and a producer of many true black cria. We are super excited about the cria she is producing for us! Her first cria produced on the farm with Pablo was IAF Solomon who is rocked it in the fleece shows! Suzanni delivered a male, IAF River, the summer of 2020. As anticipated, he is rocking it! 2 Color Championships and a Judge's Choice in the fleece shows, not to mention a 2nd at the National fleece show! We have started River in our breeding program and we can't wait to see the results!

Peruvian Ella Quence is a gorgeous medium silver grey female out of a blue ribbon Synergy daughter and Futurity Champion Peruvian Silver Heat. We purchased Ella due to her genetics and because we wanted to add gray to our farm. She has density and coverage far superior to other gray females we examined. For a mid-aged female, we couldn't believe the luster and fineness she is maintaining. We were right because her eye-popping silver luster was declared continually the best in her class when she was being shown. She surely is a prized jewel in our barn and is now producing valuable offspring from our line of herd sires. She has the striking looks and the champion pedigree to back it! All the breeders know this girl. By nine months of age, Ella had earned two level V championships, was also one-third of the Get of Sire trio that earned her sire a fifth place at the Futurity, beating out full Accoyos and MacGyver lines! Unheard of for greys! Ella was bred to Pablo and the offspring, Rosie the Riveter, was over the top! Rosie won Reserve Championship at the National Fleece Show and 3 firsts at AOA, PAOBA and Suri Network fleece shows. Ella was bred to IAF Tiberius for a 2022 cria. IAF Greeder is stunning and we can't wait to get him in the show ring. Should be excellent given Tiber's offsprings winnings in 2021. Ella is confirmed pregnant to our 2nd in halter (2021) and Black Color Champion IAF River. She is expecting this cria summer 2023. Update: Ella has had the most beautiful female on 7/8/23. We are so very pleased with purchasing Grace! She was born at 21.7 lbs and up and running in no time. Grace is exactly what we expected from the pairing of her two fabulous parents. Grace is growing nicely since she came to our farm in the summer of 2019. She was a September baby and 91 lbs at 6 months old! That is crazy! Her luster and lock are superb which is why we purchased her. (Why would we think different given her pedigree?). She has really great staple length which has been passed down from her Dam and Grand sire. We think she is definitely a fantastic female who is having an impact on our breeding program! Grace comes from a line that have retained fineness and excellent EPD'S and we expect this trend to continue.

We purchased Evora when we saw her at MOPACA in 2017. We had been looking to expand our white line and desired to have Electrofyre's (sire) genetics as part of our herd. We took a serious look at her conformation, bone structure and fleece. It was an exact match to our criteria for a new foundation female. We couldn't be happier to have her part of our herd. Evora had her first cria in 2019 (IAF Centrifugal Force). We are so excited at what she has produced! There is always great competition in the whites. We couldn't be more pleased with the Color Championships (fleece) he has won! We can't wait to see how our new line of genetics is going to do against the other amazing white lines out there. She has amazing lock, luster and fineness in her fleeces, not to mention a lot of it! She is loaded with density on a solid frame which we expect she will be passing along to her progeny. Keep an eye on her as we are anticipating more iMpressive crias out of this girl!

We purchased Kristabelle (KB) in late 2020 to be part of our foundation herd. Her incredible genetics were what we were after. Not only that, she was pregnant with a cria that would be a grandchild to the great Mont Blanc. Kristabelle was sired by National and Futurity Champion, Pucara Pipeline. Kristabelle's dam, Belmonte's Belle WGAF, has proven her genetics are a winning line by producing the 2013 CABA and Futurity Champion white male, Pucara Kahuna's Yadin. KB herself has a great show record. Several Color Championships and numerous special awards are included in her lineup. Her fleece bursts with luster on flat highly independent and dense locks. Kristabelle sports a gentle disposition and an outstanding show record. As a maiden Kristabelle proved to be a great birther with a ridiculous amount of milk! She holds great fiber states for her age including top 5% in EPDs for fleece weight. KB has been a fabulous addition to our foundation herd. IAF Bell Bottom's Up (a Alejandro cria) was just what we were hoping for in our purchase when KB was pregnant. Belby went on to win some iMpressive halter winnings and her fleece has been recognized with a Color Championship and Special Awards. KB's mating with our Rockstar son, Vivez has produced an amazing white male, IAF Raymeus. Check him out! He would make a fabulous addition to a breeding program with these genetics!

We went searching to get Mont Blanc genetics on our farm. (We lost a cria from Mont Blanc and then Mont Blanc himself passed.) We were at a show and happen to see one of Alejandro's cria in the ring. We instantly fell in love with his cria's conformation and lustrous fleece. During our search, we also were looking at Pucara Kahuna offspring, when we came upon Bell Bottom's Up mom, Kristabelle. She was pregnant with an Alejandro cria. We purchased her outright. We were so excited to see when the cria was born she was a girl.....IAF Bell Bottom's Up is now going to be one of our foundation females. We have superb genetics to mate with her when the time is right. Her fleece is incredible and her confirmation won 3rd in the show ring at the AOA National Show against very stiff competition. We knew she was going to be amazing. Winning both in the show ring and numerous fleece shows has validated these thoughts.

IAF River is the result of our Pablo genetics and Pyslent Knight lines. His half brother, IAF Solomon was a fleece champion at the Suri Network fleece show, so we knew he was going to be awesome!...

Well, what can't we say about this exceptional male? We purchased him with the expectation he would deliver. We have not been disappointed! His first offspring, IAF Carmella, has achieved 5 Champi...

We could not be more excited about this male!!! We went searching for a rare herdsire to build upon Evora's stellar confirmation and fleece. We paired her up with Salvatori, and are super excite...

Carmella was the first offspring out of our breeding program. We knew she was something special when she was born and she did not disappoint! She was a product of our herdsire Pablo and stellar female, Summer Haven Pheobe who is a Crowne Prince daughter. Both fleeces had incredible handle and we loved both the genetic lines. Both parents remain in our breeding program and continue to produce iMpressive progeny. (Numerous color champions!) Carmella’s first halter showing at the Wisconsin Alpaca and Fiber Fest was over the top! Best with 7 in the ring @ 6 months! She outshined numerous other beautiful fleeces at the 2016 AOA Fleece Show and 2016 Suri Symposium and All-Suri Fleece Show winning Best Luster (at both shows), Color Fawn Champs (at both shows), Best Lock and was the Judges Choice at the Suri Network show. Over the course of her show career, she We entered her in numerous competitions and in every competition, the lowest score she was awarded was a first. Overall she won 2 Judge's Choice awards, 5 Color Championships, 11-1sts, Best Luster 4 times and Best Lock twice. She finished her show career as Color Champion at the 2018 AOA National Show with her 3rd fleece! Her fleece was Simply Stunning (TM)! Every year it had a wonderful soft hand, blinding luster and incredible lock. We lost Carmella right before she was to give birth to what we believed would be an amazing champion. We will always be grateful for her blessing of putting us on the map to all other serious breeders out there.
